　　随后在同一场新闻发布会上，特朗普再次指责“全球主义者”造成了市场低迷，“我认为是全球主义者看到了我们国家将变得多么富有，他们不喜欢这样。”

　　在大约一个小时的发布会过程中，特朗普多次用“全球主义者”来形容人、公司和国家，因此很难确定他具体在说什么。

　　但在他的第一个任期内，特朗普就曾一再谴责一系列他称之为“全球主义”的思想，并给他的一些政治对手贴上“全球主义者”的标签。
