盛业与辛巴达达成战略合作
3月6日，盛业（06069）发布公告，宣布与辛巴达（广州）科技有限公司达成战略合作，双方将在跨境电商领域的供应链普惠金融等方面进行深入合作。此次战略合作旨在优化辛巴达及其供应链的资金流动性，确保在原材料采购和生产运营等环节的资金稳定高效运作。
根据公告，本集团将为辛巴达定制普惠金融解决方案，涵盖订单融资、预付款融资和应收账款融资等多种服务。同时，双方将利用大数据和人工智能等先进技术，实现供应链信息实时共享与精准分析。这一合作预计将帮助本集团撬动近百亿元的跨境供应链普惠金融业务规模，并提升辛巴达的全球化柔性供应链服务能力。
此外，辛巴达作为SHEIN的超头部供应商，此次合作将为其提供强大的金融支持和资源整合能力，以应对合作方对“小单快反”订单的需求。公告中提到，本集团已经链接了160多家资金合作方，确保辛巴达在供应链各环节拥有充足的资金保障，有效缓解资金压力，提高资金使用效率。未来，双方将继续深化合作，为中国优质产品和品牌走向国际市场提供创新的供应链科技与服务支持。
