波音调整年度激励计划,员工奖金将与公司整体业绩挂钩

格隆汇3月8日|当地时间3月7日,波音公司在美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的委托声明中披露,员工今年80%的年度奖金将与公司整体业绩挂钩,剩余20%与安全和质量改进及项目执行进展挂钩,不再像往年那样按业务部门划分。波音方面表示,为让全体员工团结完成恢复利益相关方信任的核心工作,并确保激励目标能够清晰有效地向员工传达,2025年将采用单一企业激励评分。该评分80%基于自由现金流、营收和核心每股收益等预设财务目标的达成情况,20%基于公司特定运营优先事项的推进进展。与往年一样,该评分不仅决定高管薪酬发放,更将影响整个管理层及全球逾10万名员工的激励兑现。
