智通财经APP获悉，近日，据市场消息，根据一份内部备忘录，广发证券重组香港业务领导层，广发证券副总经理李谦将出任香港业务董事长，香港业务全球市场部负责人曾超升任CEO。有媒体今年初曾在一则报道中表示，广发香港首席执行官林晓东已于2024年底离职，曾超在同月已到位，曾超的社交账户亦显示，其自去年12月起出任广发香港首席执行官。当时报道同时称，广发香港董事长刘中元也已基本不“沾手”公司业务运营，仅以名誉董事长挂职。
李谦，1984年10月生，自2021年7月起获委任为广发证券副总经理，现任惠理集团的执行董事。2014年11月至2021年7月，李先生历任广发证券固定收益销售交易部副总经理(主持部门全面工作)、广发证券固定收益销售交易部总经理及广发证券总经理助理。2017年10月起担任广发证券证券投资业务管理总部总经理。2009年7月至2014年11月历任中国工商银行金融市场部人民币利率交易处交易员、负责人(主持处室全面工作)。李先生分别于2004年6月、2006年6月及2009年6月取得中国人民大学经济学学士学位、硕士学位及博士学位。
