宏安地产(01243.HK) 旗下鸭脷洲“Coasto”周三(5日)次轮推售25伙，其中单日连续沽出两伙两房单位，套现逾1,451万元。上述两伙沽售单位为项目21楼及22楼B室，实用面积均为360平方呎，分别以722.9万及728.3万元成交，呎价则分别为20,081元及20,231元。
宏安地产执行董事程德韵透露，项目开售一周内已沽出60伙，占项目总单位量约65%，总套现逾3.05亿元。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
