消息面上，和铂医药宣布，根据其与科伦博泰就HBM9378/SKB378与Windward Bio AG签订的许可协议，公司已收到相应首付款，包括现金付款及Windward Bio母公司股权。根据2025年1月10日签订的许可协议，Windward Bio获得HBM9378/SKB378在全球范围内（不包括大中华区以及部分东南亚及西亚国家）进行研究、开发、生产和商业化的独家授权。和铂医药和科伦博泰有权获得总计高达9.7亿美元的首付款和里程碑付款，以及基于净销售额的个位数至双位数百分比的分级特许权使用费。
此前，和铂医药发盈喜，预期截至2024年12月31日止年度的溢利将介于人民币730万元至2200万元。期内，公司的现金溢利达到人民币2.20亿元的历史新高。此外，公司表示，25年已于公开市场合共购回814.6万股股份，总值近3000万港元。此进展反映了公司对其业务前景及展望的信心，同时表明公司管理层认为当前估值与公司的内在价值脱节。
