高盛上调了对德国今年经济增长的预期，理由是德国可能会增加军事和基础设施支出，并上调了对整个欧元区的增长预期。

　　高盛表示，目前预计今年德国经济将增长0.2%，比此前预期的高出0.2个百分点。该行还将欧元区经济增长预期上调0.1个百分点，至0.8%。
