消息面上，阜丰集团昨日晚间发布公告称，作为原告就侵犯商业秘密对新疆梅花、梅花生物及张伟统称被告提起法律诉讼，已收到被告根据法院命令的赔偿人民币1500万元，并与被告订和解协议。公司表示，协议包括新疆梅花及梅花生物于下周五（3月14日）前向其支付和解金额2.33亿元人民币作为赔偿金额，节省日后展开诉讼成本。
据悉，梅花生物此前公告称，公司及其全资子公司新疆梅花氨基酸有限责任公司以及自然人张伟，被山东阜丰发酵有限公司以侵犯商业秘密提起诉讼，要求三被告共同赔偿经济损失及合理维权费用10亿元，并承担诉讼费用。山东阜丰认为，自2012年起，上述三被告持续侵犯其商业秘密，获利巨大。尽管最高人民法院在2024年1月9日已判决三被告停止侵权并赔偿1500万元，但其认为三被告并未遵守判决，因此提起新诉讼。
