Elife Holdings (HKG:0223) Chairman Xiang Xin voluntarily applied to the board to suspend his duties and powers as director, effective immediately.
According to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange, Xiang ceased to be the board chairman due to the suspension, during which Qiu Bin, an executive director, will assume the role.
The tech firm said it appointed Chen Xiaodong and Lee Tsung Ta as board co-chairmen.
Before joining Elife, Chen served as an executive director of Ruixi Holiday Hotel. Meanwhile, Lee has been the chief executive and founder of Zekai Technology, an IT solutions firm, since 2020.
In addition, Elife named Heung Chin Wai and Cheung Kam Fai as co-chief executive officers.
Heung is currently a solicitor at CW Heung & Partners, while Cheung is CEO of Mango Financial.
