智通财经APP获悉，长和(00001)早盘涨近24%，截至发稿，涨21.73%，报47.05港元，成交额12.08亿港元。
消息面上，长和公布，与贝莱德财团就交易之初步基本条款达成原则性协议。长和拟向该财团全数出售持有的和记港口控股(HPHS)及和记港口集团控股(HPGHL)股权，二者合计控制着和记港口集团80%的全球权益。此次整体出售总企业价值为228亿美元，预期将为该集团带来逾190亿美元的现金收益。
作为交易关键部分，长和同时向贝莱德财团出售巴拿马港口公司(PPC)90%股权。摩根大通近期研报指出，巴拿马港口业务对长和的贡献度微乎其微，2024年上半年该区域EBITDA不足集团总值的1%，在港口业务板块中也仅占3.9%的吞吐量。
