智通财经APP获悉，国华(00370)早盘再涨超7%，年内至今累计涨幅已超240%。截至发稿，涨2.5%，报0.82港元，成交额289.41万港元。
消息面上，国华此前公告，拟与达闼拟在香港成立合资公司，并在人形机器人大脑的相关技术和产品方面展开合作。合资公司目标为开拓人形机器人操作系统的民用产品市场。据悉，达闼为中国境内一家在人形机器人领域已具有全球领先地位的人工智能独角兽公司，在人形机器人操作系统和云脑平台、多模态大模型、人形机器人智慧关节等具有核心技术、众多专利和创新产品。
国华董事局认为，订立框架协议有利于充份利用双方在不同领域的优势来共同拓展人形机器人相关业务。合资公司计划成立于香港，将更好地配合中国与香港在创新产业的引领方向和产业政策，香港的独特优势也将为落实业务发展提供良好的机会。董事局相信，框架协议项下拟进行的合作，于长远来看，将为集团带来令人满意的回报，并让集团可进一步加强其收入及盈利基础。
