年增长逾一倍！港铁2024年盈利157.7亿港元
【深圳商报讯】香港铁路有限公司（港铁）3月6日公布，2024年该公司全年录得纯利润约157.7亿元（港元，下同），按年增长逾一倍；利润增长主要来自物业发展收益，按年升近4倍至逾102亿元。
据公布，港铁2024年总收入600.11亿元，较2023年微升5.3%。其中，香港车务营运收入230.13亿元，按年升14.3%；香港车站商务收入53.43亿元，升4.4%；香港物业租赁及管理收入按年增加5.9%至53.79亿元。
随着社会进一步复常以及铁路服务持续提升，2024年港铁本地总乘客量超过19亿人次，其中过境服务乘客量同比上升37.6%。同时由于新增高铁站点、加密车辆班次等因素，2024年高铁（香港段）载客量创新高，突破2600万人次。
港铁行政总裁金泽培表示，港铁正进入新一轮铁路投资兴建期，预计投入千亿元拓展铁路网络和建设新社区。
