汇丰研究发表报告指，置富产业信托(00778.HK) 去年下半年每基金单位分派按年跌3.7%至0.174元，较上半年18.5%跌幅收窄。该行指，集团下半年商场续租租金跌幅收窄，大致上被平均占用率的提升所抵销，虽然预料零售业的挑战持续下去，但管理层积极地推出举措和改造后+WOO购物中心或有助于减轻其部分影响。管理层预计，今年续租租金降幅将进一步缩小，甚至持平。
