Shareholders of Legend Strategy International Holdings Group (HKG:1355) approved a proposal to raise up to around HK$47.3 million from a one-for-one rights issue, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The firm will issue a maximum of 538,033,708 rights shares, representing 50% of the firm's enlarged issued share capital, at HK$0.088 apiece to qualifying shareholders.
The hotel operator will use proceeds from the issue to develop its healthcare and beauty business and to enhance its general working capital
