　　国华（00370）公布，于2025年3月5日，该公司的全资附属公司AI集团与达闼订立合作协议，内容有关通过重组在香港成立一间合资公司（即香港仔机器人），以于香港及海外发展与人形机器人智能技术及产品有关的业务营运。于其重组后，香港仔机器人将致力于探索及开拓人形机器人操作系统的民用产品市场。

　　根据合作协议，AI集团将安排重组香港仔机器人为合资公司。AI集团与达闼均应提名其附属公司持有香港仔机器人的股份。因此，重组完成后，香港仔机器人将分别由AI集团间接持有 51%而余下49%由达闼间接持有，并将其作为该公司的非全资附属公司入账。

　　香港仔机器人将在香港科学园设立一间研发机构，命名为港仔机器人研究院，负责研究人形机器人在不同领域的应用、大数据模型训练、AI智能体设计，以及向外部人士推广香港仔机器人的业务。
