Ultra Clean Holdings (UCTT) on Wednesday said Jim Scholhamer resigned as chief executive for personal health reasons.
The company said board chairman Clarence Granger will assume the role of interim CEO.
The company said the board is in the process of forming a search committee to find a permanent replacement for Scholhamer.
Shares of Ultra Clean were down 1% in after-hours trading.
