智通财经APP讯，凤祥股份(09977)发布公告，相较于截至2023年12月31日止年度的经审核综合净利润约人民币1.6亿元，本集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得纯利约人民币2.65亿元至人民币2.85亿元。扣除新凤祥财务有限公司清算资产获得的资金、出售信托份额所得款及相关税费的影响外(清算事项)，本集团2024年度预期将录得纯利约1.8亿元至2亿元。
本公司董事会(董事会)认为，预期2024年纯利上升(排除清算事项的影响)主要归因于生鸡肉制品及深加工鸡肉制品销量分别提升约16%及18%;及本集团管理层及全体员工的精细化管理致使生产效率提高及成本降低。
