智通财经APP讯，石大胜华(603026.SH)发布公告，近日，公司控股子公司胜华新材料科技(连江)有限公司(“胜华连江”)与宁德时代新能源科技股份有限公司(“宁德时代”)签订了《战略合作框架协议》。协议约定，在本协议有效期内(自本协议生效之日起至2025年12月31日)，宁德时代向胜华连江采购电解液的需求预计10万吨。具体产品名称、规格型号、单价、数量、技术标准等以双方书面确认的订单或其他书面文件为准。
