智通财经APP讯，白花油(00239)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2024年12月31日止年度本公司拥有人应占综合纯利将取得减少至约为7800万港元，相对于已公布的2023年同期本公司拥有人应占综合纯利为 1.05亿港元。董事会认为，此预期纯利减少主要乃由于集团总收入较2023年同期减少约2240万港元，及评估物业估值导致本集团投资物业取得未变现公平值亏损约2600万港元，而2023年同期则为未变现公平值亏损 1540万港元。上述影响部分被税务费用减少约 460万港元所抵消，这主要由于应税利润的减少所致。
