智通财经APP讯，优矩控股(01948)发布公告，于2025年，该公司的全资附属公司海南优矩科技有限公司(“海南优矩”)及优矩互动(北京)科技有限公司(“优矩互动(北京)”)与百度媒体的线上媒体平台供应商百度(中国)有限公司(“百度(中国)”)订立合作协议。公司有意以百度(中国)为受益人订立一份单独的担保协议，为海南优矩及优矩互动(北京)于合作协议项下的付款责任提供担保。倘海南优矩或优矩互动(北京)任何一方未能根据合作协议付款，公司将于接获付款通知后向百度(中国)作出付款。
