Logility Supply Chain Solutions remains on track to be acquired by Aptean after an unnamed bidder withdrew their proposal.
The Atlanta supply-chain management-software company on Friday disclosed a bidder made a bid to acquire Logility for $15 a share. Those discussions have now concluded.
Logility reaffirmed its recommendation that shareholders vote in favor of Aptean's offer, which would acquire the company for $14.30 a share in an all-cash deal.
