消息面上，五矿资源近日公布年度业绩，全年收入44.79亿美元，同比增加3%；纯利1.62亿美元，增长17倍。此外，五矿资源近期宣布收购英美资源于巴西的镍业务，董事长徐基清表示，公司不会满足于巴西镍业每年约4万吨的镍产量，希望在2030年左右扩大巴西镍业产量至逾15万吨。
高盛发布研报称，将五矿资源2025年净利预期下调19%，将2026年净利预期上调26%，以反映2024年业绩，并结合全球大宗商品团队的最新铜价预测。该行认为，五矿资源作为一家杠杆纯铜企业，将受益于铜价上涨和产量增长。此外，公司申报2024年净利为1.62亿美元，同比增17倍，即每股盈利0.015美元，不包括存货减损和减损等一次性损失，经常性净利达到2.4亿美元，与该行预期基本一致。
