Winfull Group (HKG:0183) unit August Ally is proposing to invest $9.5 million in a wealth management product offered by Hang Seng Insurance, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The unit had previously subscribed for $10 million of a wealth management product from the same offeror.
The current subscription is subject to shareholder approval.
