由新地(00016.HK) 及港铁(00066.HK) 合作发展,位于天水围天荣站的新盘项目“YOHO WEST PARKSIDE”首两轮销售均即日全数沽清,发展商随即原价加推87伙应市,折实平均呎价约11,203元。并落实于本周四(13日)进行第三轮推售,涉及108伙。
新一轮推售的单位涵盖分层户的所有户型,实用面积介乎267至679平方呎,折实售价介乎约306.95万至1,045.8万元,折实呎价约9,594至15,745元,折实平均呎价11,341元。至于入场单位为1B座3楼B5室,实用面积267平方呎,属一房间隔,折实售价306.95万,折实呎价约11,496元。
新地代理总经理胡致远透露,次轮销售共有8组买家购入多于1伙,最大手买家斥约1,480万购入2伙。若按地区划分,屯门、天水围及元朗区买家约占55%;新界其他地区买家约占20%;九龙买家约占20%;其余约5%为港岛买家。他亦透露,项目至今累售291伙,套现逾15亿。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-03-10 16:25。)
