智通财经APP获悉，百仕达控股(01168)盈喜后高开逾11%，截至发稿，涨11.48%，报0.233港元，成交额56.71万港元。
消息面上，3月11日，百仕达控股发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度内取得公司拥有人应占溢利不少于35亿港元，同比截至2023年12月31日止年度内公司拥有人应占溢利亏损约2.78亿港元。公告称，该转亏为盈主要是由于将一项以权益法入账的投资Rockefeller Group Asia Pacific, Inc业务合并为公司一间间接全资附属公司所产生的一次性收益所致。
