消息面上，近日，盛业发布公告，公司与辛巴达(广州)科技有限公司(辛巴达)达成战略合作，双方将在跨境电商领域的供应链普惠金融等领域展开深入合作，链接跨境电商平台供应链和生态圈，将供应链普惠金融服务由境内延伸到境外，助力“走出去”企业的全球产业供应链拓展和全球工厂布局，此次战略合作标志着集团进一步加快实施“出海战略”。
透过此次战略合作，集团将依托辛巴达丰富的产业生态和产业数据，运用“重交易、轻主体”的风控理念和业务模式，助力辛巴达在土耳其、东南亚、摩洛哥等海外市场加速布局，以此帮助中国服装产业带通过跨境电商平台更好地融入国际市场。本次战略合作，预计能够帮助集团撬动近百亿元跨境供应链普惠金融业务规模，而辛巴达也将进一步提升其全球化柔性供应链服务能力，与头部跨境电商共同探索和挖掘新市场机遇。
