歌礼制药：ASC47联合司美格鲁肽的新药临床试验申请获FDA批准
人民财讯3月12日电，歌礼制药3月12日宣布，ASC47澳大利亚Ib期低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）偏高的健康受试者（第一部分）和肥胖症患者（第二部分）中的单次皮下注射研究（NCT06427590）取得令人振奋的药代动力学和减重数据。ASC47是一款脂肪靶向、治疗肥胖症的减重不减肌的候选药物。基于低剂量ASC47与司美格鲁肽联合用药的临床前数据、澳大利亚Ib期ASC47单药研究的安全性、耐受性以及初步疗效，ASC47与司美格鲁肽联合治疗肥胖症的美国新药临床试验（IND）申请近期获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）批准。
