智通财经APP讯，环球医疗(02666)发布公告，有关本公司的全资附属公司中国环球租赁有限公司(发行人)在中国(中国)境内发行205年第一期可续期公司债券(本期公司债)的相关事宜。本期公司债已于205年3月10日在中国完成发行。已发行的本期公司债本金总额为人民币3亿元，其中品种一自2025年3月10日起基础期限为2年，固定利率为2.68%;及品种二取消发行。在约定的基础期限末及每个续期的周期末，发行人有权行使续期选择权。发行价格为每张债券人民币100元，发行价格等值于本期公司债面值的 100%。
