智通财经APP讯，中渝置地(01224)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得约6.5亿港元的股东应占亏损，相比去年同期取得19亿港元的亏损。本年度亏损减少主要是由于在2024年 12月31日对集团位于英国的投资物业进行重估时产生约3.09亿港元的公平值收益(相比去年同期则取得20亿港元的公平值亏损)所致，而部分已被集团合资企业投资因应其物业销售收入减少及物业组合的减值亏损引致贡献减少所抵销。
