新鸿基地产(00016)的天水围YOHO WEST PARKSIDE，将于周四(13日)第三轮发售108伙。新地代理总经理胡致远表示，今轮销售将首度推出项目两房梗厨户型，折实售价约490余万港元起。
而整批单位涵盖一至三房间隔，折实售价约306.9万至约1,045.8万元，呎价约9,594至15,745元。
他指出，新一轮销售包括价单第1至5号单位，其中价单第5号于昨晚推加，涉及87伙，折实平均呎价11,203元。至于旧价单有少量单位修定售价，加价约1%至2%。
回顾昨日次轮销售，他指出，昨销售172个单位即日沽清，包括有8组大手买家各购入两伙，成交金额最高的大手个案涉约1,480万元，而投资客比例占约3成。项目经过首两轮销售后，累积售出291伙，套现超过15亿元。
