新华财经天津3月10日电（记者王宁）记者从天津国际贸易与航运服务中心获悉，2025年第10周（3月3日-7日），中国北方内外贸海运价格的风向标——天津航运指数（TSI）收于1095.38点，相比2月28日（第9周最后一个发布日）累计下跌1.02%。

天津航运指数（TSI）综合反映天津及北方地区航运市场价格波动情况，是由北方国际集装箱运价指数（TCI）、北方国际干散货运价指数（TBI）、沿海集装箱运价指数（TDI）通过计算而得的综合性指数。2025年第10周，天津航运指数发布5次，呈现震荡下行的走势，累计下跌11.27点。

分类别看，北方国际集装箱运价周初快速下挫后降幅趋缓。主要由于美国目的港船舶进港收费和关税等消息压制市场信心，市场预期偏向悲观，欧洲、南美等航线货量也较低迷，综合导致TCI第10周累计下跌8.47%。

北方国际干散货运价则震荡上涨。其中，煤炭、金属矿石运价大幅上涨，粮食运价小幅下跌，综合导致TBI第10周累计上涨5.65%。

沿海集装箱运价同样上涨。主要由于市场渐入旺季，出货量普遍增加，船舶保持较高装载率，进出港航线运价均保持上涨，综合导致TDI第10周累计上涨3.16%。

天津航运指数由天津国际贸易与航运服务中心发布，发布时间为每个工作日，指数样本范围覆盖27条连接天津港、青岛港、曹妃甸港与世界港口的国际航线，也包括天津港和中国主要港口的内贸海运航线。该指数以2010年7月16日为基期，基期指数为1000点。
