智通财经APP讯，佑驾创新(02431)发布公告，根据上海证券交易所于2025年3月7日发布的《关于沪港通下港股通标的调整的通知》及深圳证券交易所于2025年3月10日发布的《关于深港通下的港股通标的证券名单调整的公告》，公司H股股份将分别获纳入沪港通及深港通下的合资格证券名单，自2025年3月10日起生效。
公司H股股份获纳入沪港通及深港通后，中国内地的合资格投资者可分别通过上海证券交易所及深圳证券交易所直接投资于香港联合交易所有限公司上市的公司H股股份。董事会认为，公司获纳入沪港通及深港通，进一步反映市场投资者对集团经营业绩及发展潜力的认可度上升。预期公司的公众知名度将得到提升，公司H股股份在香港联交所的交易流动性也将得到改善，从而为集团提供更多的业务发展及合作可能性并进一步扩大公司的股东基础。
