智通财经APP讯，正干金融控股(01152)公布，于2025年3月3日，公司收到一份由代表Forever Brilliance International Group Co., Limited(Forever Brilliance)行事的律师行何韦律师行根据公司( 清盘及杂项条文 )条例( 香港法例第32章 )第178 (1) (a)条或327 (4) (a)条发出的法定要求偿债书，要求该公司支付公司可换股债券的未偿还本金额及上述未偿还本金额的利息约5088.16万港元。
法定要求偿债书要求公司于法定要求偿债书送达公司后三星期内偿还未偿还费用， 否则Forever Brilliance可对公司提出清盘呈请。董事会认为，该集团及Forever Brilliance就法定要求偿债书的标的事项( 包括公司可换股债券之到期日及未偿还费用 )持不同意见。该集团现正就法定要求偿债书寻求法律意见，并拟与Forever Brilliance磋商。
此外，公司已向联交所申请于2025年3 月11日( 星期二 )上午九时正起恢复公司股份买卖。
