智通财经APP讯，弘业期货(03678)发布公告，公司近日获悉，该公司股东弘苏实业持有的1813.22万股A股(占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额的约1.80%)被司法强制执行，且其将于2025年3月14日至2025年6月11日期间，透过集中竞价交易及大宗交易的方式进行。其中，1007.78万股A股(占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额的约1%)将通过集中竞价交易执行，及805.44万股A股(占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额的约0.80%)将通过大宗交易执行。
公告称，于本公告日期，潜在股份变动并不会导致集团的业务经营、企业管治及日常管理出现重大不利影响。
