　　高阳科技（00818）发布公告，于2025年3月7日，VBill （Cayman）董事会议决根据VBill （Cayman）购股权计划的条款向九名合资格参与者授出购股权，分别为徐文生先生、李文晋先生、徐昌军先生、许女士、陈先生、申先生、李冰先生、薛先生及葛女士（即承授人）。向承授人授出VBill （Cayman）购股权须待股东于股东特别大会上批准后，方可作实。

　　已授出VBill （Cayman）购股权总数为2401份VBill （Cayman）购股权， 行使价为每股VBill （Cayman）股份23.5万港元。
