今年的政府工作报告提出，大力提振消费、提高投资效益，全方位扩大国内需求。全国人大代表、山东省枣庄市委书记张宏伟表示，内需是经济发展的基本动力，也是满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的必然要求。

张宏伟代表说，去年以来，枣庄抢抓“两新”政策窗口期，组织开展汽车、家电、家装等大宗商品促消费活动，成功引进京东智慧物流港项目，大力发展直播电商、二手车交易等业态，释放出多样化、差异化消费潜力。同时，积极发挥文化赋能、旅游带动作用，策划推出慢城生活、文博研学、休闲生态等旅游线路，创新培育国潮文创、非遗集市、特色节庆等消费场景，加快发展演艺赛事经济，聚力打造“四季皆宜、主客共享”的全景枣庄。

“消费是既往的投资，投资是未来的消费。”张宏伟代表表示，枣庄将坚持把项目建设作为促投资稳增长的重要抓手，紧盯项目策划生成、对接招引、落地建设、竣工投产等关键环节，创新推行市级负责同志领衔事项和重点监测事项“两张清单”，持续深化重点项目全生命周期服务，全面提升“链长”统筹力、“链主”带动力、“链条”集聚力，以投资之“进”促经济之“稳”。 （经济日报记者 崔 浩）
