智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，3月7日，勇利投资(01145)股东将股票存入结好证券，存仓市值4334.93万港元，占比22.31%。
3月7日，勇利投资公布2024年业绩，收入总额为918.3万美元，同比增加约8%；净利170.6万美元，同比扭亏为盈；每股基本盈利0.16美分。
公告称，业绩转亏为盈主要由于：(i)集团海运业务的溢利贡献增加至309.7万美元(2023年：222.7万美元)；(ii)出售一间附属公司的收益10.6万美元(2023年：亏损210万美元)；(iii)就一艘船舶拨回的减值亏损9.1万美元(2023年：就船舶确认的减值亏损100.8万美元)；(iv)不存在集团分占一间合营公司的亏损(2023年：78.8万美元)；及(v)按公允值计入其他全面收益的债务工具的信贷亏损拨备减少至38.9万美元(2023年：114.6万美元)的影响所致。
