近日记者获悉，鞍钢股份成功中标全球大型氨燃料动力船舶领域首个订单。

去年年初，鞍钢股份中厚板事业部了解到南通中集太平洋海洋工程公司氨燃料罐用正火低温钢需求信息，立即联合技术中心、鲅鱼圈分公司成立鞍钢低温用钢团队，充分发挥销研产一体化优势共同研发正火低温钢，并完成船级社认证的全新产品，实现了当年试制、当年认证、当年取证、当年供货。在签下订单后，因为该钢种未进行过工业化、规模化生产，无任何经验可以借鉴，从技术储备到组织生产，都存在极大的难度。为满足用户施工工期要求，该团队通力合作，形成“第一时间预判问题，第一时间发现问题，第一时间解决问题，第一时间反馈结果”的生产方案，仅历时1个月就完成了钢板全部生产任务，填补了鞍钢船用低温钢领域的又一项空白。
