智通财经APP讯，宏安地产(01243)发布公告，于2025年3月10日， Sky Earth Limited 超雅有限公司(本公司的间接全资附属公司)(借款人)与本公司及Lucky Dynasty International Limited(本公司的间接全资附属公司)作为担保人，以及多家金融机构，包括交通银行(香港)有限公司、创兴银行有限公司、恒生银行有限公司、东亚银行有限公司、香港上海汇丰银行有限公司及大华银行有限公司香港分行(一家根据新加坡共和国法律成立的有限责任公司，通过其香港分行行事)签订贷款协议(贷款协议)。根据贷款协议，借款人获批一笔最高达10.15亿港元的定期贷款(该贷款)，为期36个月。
该贷款将由本集团用于全额再融资根据2021年9月3日签订的贷款协议下的未偿还金额，该贷款协议由恒生银行有限公司作为贷款代理人，并由多家金融机构作为原始贷款人提供的定期贷款，并用于本集团的一般企业用途。
董事会认为，签订贷款协议对本集团有利，因为它为项目建设提供了额外的财务资源，并加强了本集团的现金流。
