智通财经APP讯，唐宫中国(01181)公布，预期该集团于2024年取得公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币1500万-2000万元，而2023年公司拥有人应占溢利为约人民币4200万元。
董事会认为，报告年度预期将转盈转为亏主要是由于以下因素造成： 报告年度内餐厅的顾客人数及人均消费有所下跌，以致集团的收益较去年减少约 9%;对于持续亏损的餐厅，管理层根据谨慎和适当的会计原则进行减值评估，物业、厂房及设备及使用权资产拨备约人民币500万元至人民币700万元之间的减值损失;根据独立外部估值师准备的估值报告，按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公允价值损失预计在约人民币 500万元至人民币700万元之间。
