智通财经APP获悉，找钢集团-W(06676)通过与 AquilaAcquisitionCorporation 的特殊目的收购公司并购交易在港交所上市。截至发稿，涨15.42%，报11.38港元，成交额75.11万港元。
消息面上，找钢集团-W近日发布配售结果公告，每股价格10港元，获准许股权融资股份数目155.85万股，上市后已发行继承公司股份数目(经计及股份赎回且概无 Aquila A 类股东行使其请求权)10.71亿股，所得款项净额1492万港元。
公开资料显示，找钢集团的主营业务围绕钢铁交易的数字化平台展开，通过连接钢铁交易行业的主要参与者，为其提供全方位的服务。在交易服务方面，公司主要通过数字化平台吸引优质第三方卖家向买家提供产品，并按吨向卖家收取佣金。对于大客户，公司则提供包括代表采购产品及物流等配套服务的服务组合，并按吨收取佣金，其中部分佣金分配为代理服务相关费用。
