外电引述知情人士透露，远洋集团(03377.HK) 提议暂停兑付旗下人民币债券本息，并计划在今年8月至9月提出在岸债务重组计划。
知情人士指，远洋的代表正在联系部分债券持有人，若新的整体债务方案得到通过，将取代目前计划。如果表决获得通过，公司将先行兑付债权人持仓本金的0.3%。
