　　宏信建发（09930.HK）2024年度业绩发布会：宏信建发2024年营收115.8亿元，同比增长21%，净利润微降。国内业务受基建投资放缓影响，高空作业平台和盘扣脚手架租金下滑，但公司通过资产布局调整、新品类拓展等举措提升竞争力。海外业务增长迅猛，收入同比增长2800%，在东南亚、中东等地区形成53个网点，资产规模超30亿元。2025年公司计划在国内通过低效资产置换控制开支，海外资本开支约十几亿元，用于新品投入。
