　　潼关黄金（00340）盘中涨超21%，截至发稿，股价上涨16.67%，现报0.70港元，成交额514.15万港元。

　　潼关黄金发布公告，于2025年3月7日，公司一间全资附属公司宏勇投资有限公司拟向浩华控股有限公司收购荣昌投资有限公司已发行股本总额的100%，代价不超过4亿港元，其将透过根据特别授权发行代价股份的方式偿付，每股代价股份0.5港元。

　　据悉，目标公司的主要资产为其于项目公司的间接权益。于本公布日期，项目公司由目标公司间接全资拥有。
