百度(09888.HK) 发行20亿美元债券，交换率每10万美元换携程(09961.HK) 1,107股，初始交换价相当于对冲配售携程价股溢价约43%。百度高开1.2%报91.9元。携程低开3%至496元。小鹏(09868.HK) 计划明年将“分体式飞行汽车”量产，小鹏高开2.8%报92.5元。
其他科技股方面，阿里(09988.HK) 低开2%报137.2元，腾讯(00700.HK) 低开1%报528元，美团(03690.HK) 平开报183.5元。小米(01810.HK) 低开0.6%报54元，京东(09618.HK) 低开2.5%报165.8元。网易(09999.HK) 低开0.9%，快手(01024.HK) 及华虹(01347.HK) 高开1.3%及2.1%。
平安人寿续增持农业银行(01288.HK) H股，持股占比逾7%。中国平安及农行平开，分别报48.5元及4.73元。其他金融股方面，汇控(00005.HK) 高开0.2%，港交所(00388.HK) 及友邦(01299.HK) 低开0.7%及1.3%。
