五个的士车队本月底起陆续投入服务。运输及物流局局长陈美宝指，全港会设13个指定车队上下客区。其中位于机场、高铁西九龙站、跨境口岸及邮轮码头等的9个已经落成。当局将与机管局、港铁(00066.HK) 等合作，加强向访港旅客宣传。
的士车队收费分为按表或预约订价，预约可订立较高收费，陈美宝指，的士车队收费较为弹性，平台可与乘客自行协商，政府会监管收费是否在合理水平。她指要确保车队不会任意订得太高，至于能否订低于“咪表价”抢客，她称原则上可以。惟有部分的士业界担心，容许低于“咪表价”收费，对无加入车队的的士不公平。
