全国政协常委、远东发展(00035.HK) 主席邱达昌接受媒体访问时表示，相信本港楼市应该已见底，预计楼价将平稳发展。另外，他提到公司有意在北都发展，现时在屯门有一幅土地，将一步步发展。
对于政府地皮底价与地产商出价是否仍有较大分歧，他指难以一概而论，又认为整体地产商取态保守，但并非看淡后市，考虑到高息环境及存货，发展商宁愿蚀本卖部分楼盘套现，并买入更便宜的土地。
他对政府下年度不会推售商业用地表示非常支持，又指写字楼市场仍然差及有风险，但由于相较于住宅，写字楼占楼市比例很小，相信对整体经济影响不大。
他认为，香港发展“盛事经济”路线正确，但成效需时。远东发展旗下在港酒店经营改善很多，入住率高，但房价较疫情前水平增幅不多，反而欧洲及澳洲酒店表现较好。而启德体育园开幕令该区酒店受惠，亦有利带动本港旅游业。(ha/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
