智通财经APP获悉，潼关黄金(00340)盘中涨超20%，截至发稿，涨18.33%，报0.71港元，成交额302.36万港元。
消息面上，潼关黄金发布公告，于2025年3月7日，公司一间全资附属公司宏勇投资有限公司拟向浩华控股有限公司收购荣昌投资有限公司已发行股本总额的100%，代价不超过4亿港元，其将透过根据特别授权发行代价股份的方式偿付，每股代价股份0.5港元。
据悉，目标公司的主要资产为其于项目公司的间接权益。于本公布日期，项目公司由目标公司间接全资拥有。 目标集团主要从事探矿投资业务，特别是针对金矿勘探投资。于本公布日期，目标公司根据合作协议透过项目公司持有探矿许可证的70%经济利益。金矿位于中国甘肃省肃北县。金矿包含三份探矿许可证，覆盖面积合计达35.5平方公里。
