智通财经APP获悉，金川国际(02362)盈警后涨超5%，截至发稿，涨4.48%，报0.7港元，成交额4138.17万港元。
消息面上，3月9日，金川国际发布公告，该集团预期2024年取得综合股东应占亏损不多于500万美元，而2023年综合股东应占亏损约1200万美元。
公告称，预期亏损乃主要由于确认关于刚果民主共和国(刚果(金))应收增值税的其他非流动资产减值损失；被毛利增加所带来的采矿经营绩效改善所抵消。减值金额是基于从多方面就从刚果(金)政府收回过往长期欠大多数矿业公司的增值税有关的可能回收性而进行全面评估后得出的。此乃已考虑预留集团未来可能从刚果(金)政府收到的增值税总额中减少的部分。在得出预期减值损失之前已经进行了独立审阅，而评估过程需时。
