消息面上，九龙仓置业午间发布2024年全年业绩公告，集团收入同比减少3%至129.12亿港元，营业盈利同比减少3%至96.91亿港元。基础净盈利增加 2%至港币61.39亿港元，相当于每股港币2.02港元。 若计入投资物业重估减值净额港币56.21亿港元，股东应占集团盈利为港币8.91亿港元，上年同期为47.66亿港元，同比减少约81%。派第二次中期息0.6港元，上年同期派0.61港元。全年派息1.24港元，占香港投资物业及酒店基础净盈利的65%。
